GUIDELINES AND DISCLAIMER
1.	Pregnant women should not enter the sauna without prior medical consultation. Use of sauna is not recommended for persons with high blood pressure, cardiovascular disorders (heart disease) or pulmonary diseases.

2.	To prevent dehydration, drink plenty of fluids before entering and after leaving the hot rooms, inside the hot rooms it is also a good idea.

3.	Listen to your body: Users who feel faint, dizzy, sleepy or in any other way uncomfortable in the hot rooms or Jacuzzi should leave immediately.

4.	Staying too long in the hot rooms can cause overheating, dehydration, hyperthermia, and even death.

5.	Do not use the sauna while under the influence of any type of alcohol, drugs, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictors, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics or tranquilizers.

6.	Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times in our establishment.

7.	All valuables should be left in the safety deposit box at the front desk.

8.	Management reserves the right to deny entry to any persons.

9.	If you have any health concerns, please check with your doctor before entering the Russian Turkish Baths. We are not responsible for any health-related difficulties; you enter at your own risk.
