Traditional Russian Banya

Our most popular room, the Russian Room is a traditional Russian banya with benches surrounding
a rock-walled furnace with 15 tons of rock on brick arches, heated overnight to radiate intense heat throughout the day. Filled buckets of ice cold water are poured over ones head to cool off, improve blood circulation, and enhance oxygen supply all throughout the body.

This ancient ritual leads to a complete cleansing of mind, body, and soul.
