Experience profound ancient healing practices in a hidden paradise with two locations: one in the heart of New York City and the other in sunny Miami Beach. We specialize in the art of banya, where you can relax in steaming saunas and invigorate your body by plunging into ice-cold water between sessions—all for the sake of your health. It’s a rejuvenating journey like no other, whether you’re in the bustling streets of New York or basking in the warmth of Miami Beach.
Our Story
For over 130 years, the Russian & Turkish Baths have offered the same simple formula: heat, cold, and community.
The New York bathhouse at 268 East 10th Street has been a sanctuary for artists, athletes, and locals alike — a rare place where the world slows down, and the body resets.
In 1994, the Miami Beach location opened at 5445 Collins Avenue, carrying the same spirit south. The rooms, the rituals, and the people — everything remains true to the original purpose: a space to cleanse, recharge, and connect.
Two Cities, One Tradition
The New York Baths operate under a unique rhythm - alternating each week between two families who’ve kept the tradition alive for decades.
Boris Weeks and David Weeks each run their own shifts, and admission cards are valid according to those schedules.
The Miami Bathhouse runs year-round, under one family, offering the same experience and honoring the same rituals.
