Our most popular room, the Russian Room is a traditional Russian banya with benches surrounding a rock-walled furnace with 15 tons of rock on brick arches, heated overnight to radiate intense heat throughout the day. Filled buckets of ice cold water are poured over ones head to cool off, improve blood circulation, and enhance oxygen supply all throughout the body.
This ancient ritual leads to a complete cleansing of mind, body, and soul.

Our Turkish Room is built in an ancient manner of centuries ago. Here the vital ingredient is the right amount of humidity, with a touch of steam, in combination with just the right radiating heat from the marble walls which surround you while you are hot air bathing to a thorough cleansing. Stand under the ice cold shower in the room for a revitalizing, restorative, and refreshing treat, or choose a Lavish Soap Wash Treatment for an extra indulgence.

This special Aromatherapy Steam Room offers a very comfortable warm steam and allows breathing through vapors formed from a mixture of herbs and various essentials oils. The breathing ducts, bronchial tubes in the lungs become dilated and cleansed, leading to a soothing of headaches and migraines, easing bronchitis, sinus discomforts, or just leaving you with an enhanced feeling of well being

Relax in our Ocean Water Jacuzzi as the heated, naturally sulfurous ocean water pounds at your body, massaging healing minerals into aching joints and muscles. Try a few minutes under the Jacuzzi’s ocean waterfall and you will feel like you've been instantly swept away from civilization to your very own personal paradise.

Outside the Russian Room is an Ice Cold Water tank, equal to the coldest region of Siberia. When the heat starts to get unbearable, go out to the tank, fill a bucket, and like the Russian Czars who hundreds of years before you plunged into frozen lakes in the dead of winter, dump the water over your head and share with past generations this indescribable feeling. In that sheer moment as the ice cold water pours over you, the transfer of your body from hot to cold, comes one of the most exhilarating feelings you will ever experience. You’ll feel more awake than you have in a long time.

Remember when you were a kid and spent an ungodly amount of the time in the bath tub until your parents screamed, "get out of there already!!" Then you ran around showing off your shriveled up raisin fingers to everyone you came across? You can relive those days again amidst all of our water amenities including this inviting warm rain room. Lay down and let the downpour of  water envelop you into a perfect meditation.

Water based therapy that uses powerful streams of warm and cool water directed over the body stimulating muscles, increasing blood flow and promoting deeper relaxation. The pressure of the water jets acts like a deep tissue massage, loosening knots, flushing lactic acid and easing soreness. This room is a lot of fun and very popular with our clients!

Try our Swedish high pressure shower. The invigorating pressurized ice cold water jets will vigorously massage your full body and relax tired muscles as the water surrounds you from every possible direction. Move your shoulders and neck around under the waterfall for an extra indulgence. What a way to cool off!

In the midst of your exploration of this other world which you have discovered at the Russian and Turkish Baths, between sessions in the hot rooms, before your massage, or after a light snack, you might want to relax for a moment or take a short nap. At the Baths there is even a relaxation room where a very comfortable Log Bed awaits you in an area of tranquility and seclusion.

One could either spend a few hours bulking up in our fully equipped gym, or a few minutes on one of the cardiovascular machines to burn a few calories. Personal trainer is available upon request.

You can take a dip in the Olympic size heated swimming pool after a nice session in one of our hot rooms or Jacuzzi. Read a book lounging around the pool taking in some rays, or have lunch by the Tiki Bar for the perfect addition to an ideal afternoon.

The Russian and Turkish Baths are literally just a few steps away from the sand where you can lounge and soak in some rays. At any time while visiting, feel free, take full advantage, and enjoy the crystal clear, turquoise, warm waters which flow from the Caribbean. Go ahead take a swim. The water temperature ranges from 78 to 90 degrees all year round.
